Can your son initially make friends but seems to have trouble keeping them?
There’s typically a few reasons why boys with ADHD have difficulty sustaining friendships with same age boys.
These reasons include: being emotionally reactive, being too rigid in thought process which results in coming across as bossy/controlling, not showing enough interest in the friend and one that I frequently see – being too smothering.
