[Video] Why kids with ADHD need to be exposed to new experiences.

When I told the guys at camp today that we were going to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum a few gave some push back despite explaining to them that this is not a typical museum.

Kids with ADHD often say “No” to anything new or unfamiliar, sometimes because of their inflexible thinking and sometimes because of their fear of boredom.

They had a good time and commented on the fact that it was better than they thought it wad going to be. That’s what “making your brain be flexible” looks like.
